1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional 2 days. We will notify you via your registered email (
customer@minespark.shop) if a significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Zones
Because we source our unique decor from specialized global suppliers to keep costs low for you, shipping times vary by location.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track your "loot" directly on our website under the "Track My Order" page.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Minespark is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order and it looks like a Creeper got to it (damaged), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us immediately at customer@minespark.shop. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement.
